Ultramarathon - 50+ Mile Ultra-Marathon.
NEW IN 2009! - 50K+ Ultra-Marathon and 10 mile
hell run(12:00pm start for Hell run at Riverside Farm) Course:Start and Finish will be at The Aimee Farm on Route 100 in Pittsfield, VT Race course will be on country roads, logging roads, NFS roads, snowmobile trails, and rugged single track trails. Aid stations:
Fully Stocked aid stations will have water, Gatorade, Zico, soda, and ultra snacks.
1. Contest Trail (Wilcox Mtn) - 12.96 miles - 2787 vertical 53 MILES - 13,122 vertical* The course will be VERY easy to follow but VERY * As in the same style as the snowshoe marathon there * Finishing this race should be a testament to any race director anywhere in the world that you qualify!

Peak Ultra Marathon (toughest 50 miler, 50k, and 10 mile run on the planet) "Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn-out, shouting, 'Holy sh*t! What a ride!'" Packet Pick Up:Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the Pittsfield General Store or Saturday starting at AMEE Farm. Lodging:Visit PittsfieldVermont.com for lodging options. Parking:Amee Farm - 1/4 mile north across the street from the General Store. Camping:We will have camping at Amee farm. This is also the start of the race. Cost:
Solo - $75 before 5/15/09. $90 until June 6th.
Relay - $150 before 5/15/09. $200 after. NO REFUNDS Prize:$900.00 will be distributed to top 3 males and top 3 females: 200.00 top male/Female, 150.00 2nd place male/female, 100.00 3rd place male/female. Awards:Unique finishers awards. Awards presentation will be after the race. Gear:Carry your own water. We will also have some water only aid stations. Be sure to carry a few water bottles. Runners will also need flashlights or headlamps. Rules:No pacers. No littering. No cheating. Support crew at aid stations only. Notify race staff if you drop out of the race. Drop Bags:Drop Bags at Upper Michigan Aid Station. Drop bag locations will be at Amee farm the morning of the race. We will deliver your bag to the station after the start of the race.
